Feasibility study, as part of the marketing management of construction project

This work is focused on marketing planning in feasibility study. The aim of this work is to describe the connection between marketing planning and feasibility study. Based on theoretical knowledge, the marketing plan will be included in feasibility study and applied on model of investment intention.

The thesis deals with an investment project of reconstruction and operation of bakery Anežka in Palačov. The objective of the project is to evaluate the economic efficiency of the business plan. The thesis focuses on all costs and revenues which flow from the project throughout its working life, and on cash flow in individual years. At the end of the thesis, sensitivity analysis and risk assessment have been assessed, and several variations of the course of the projects, which can occur with regard to the likelihood of risk, have been created. The effects of these risks are compared by using the index indicators of profitability and net present value in the last chapter.

Topic of this bachelor thesis is preparation of land for a development project. The thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part gives on overview of processes necessary for initiation, preparation and implementation of the development project. Namely these are the idea of construction, issues related to spatial planning, different phases of the development project, funding of the development project, ensuring the legal ownership of the land and setting the utilities. The practical part describes the difference between two development projects of land preparation for construction of houses, one initiated and managed by a local authority and the second of uncontrolled construction on property of a real estate owner.

The bachelor's thesis addresses the benefits of the reconstruction of an unused building in the village of Radiměř through grant titles. The work describes the basic principles and distribution of subsidies, the conditions for obtaining financial support for selected titles and then their comparison and positive impacts on life in the village. These titles were selected with regard to the composition of the village's population and the original intention to reconstruct the village buil-ding. The practical part of the work contains a brief feasibility study, which in the end evaluates its feasibility and benefits for the community.

A Study of the Feasibility of Adjustable Milling Head

The aim of this study to analyze if planned project is suitable for implementation in terms of economic, technical, personnel and other factors. Practical experiences of implementation of other project, company and market analysis was used for predictions. The most famous marketing analysis was used to explore the new market and establish marketing strategy. Decision about implementation will based on all acquired data. Project does not require large investment and there is not any big risk for realization.
